怎样才能坚持学习英语？
近日，一段卖水老奶奶用英语和外国旅客交流的视频在网络上走红。老奶奶名叫徐秀珍，广西阳朔人。从1997年阳朔旅游兴起，老奶奶便开始卖水，当时她拿着水问外国人要这个吗，对方说water，她便记下这个词。日积月累，如今她不仅能熟练的使用英语，甚至还会用德语，法语，意大利、西班牙语等其他语言。
看到这里，你是不是和我一样觉得惭愧至极，决定重拾英语这门课程。你默默地在网上书店买几本有关英语学习的书，顺便在手机里下载几个英语学习app，同时也不忘订阅几个英语微信公众号？可是，你心里很清楚，也许不到半个月，这些东西就会被闲置在一旁。
英语学习的目的有两种，一个是为了考试，一个是为了说。我这里更侧重于口语，所以如果目的是通过考试的同学请自动忽视。
对于学英语，我们可能听过很多道理和技巧，却依然学不好这门语言，学了放弃，放弃了又学，循环往复，就是没办法坚持下去。
有时候我们之所以放弃，并不是因为缺乏自控力，也不是英语有多难，而是因为用了错误的学习方法。主要表现为：
1、错误地背单词法 给你一个单词apple，你会怎么把它记住？相信很多人都是a-p-p-l-e，但实际上外国人眼中的单词是分节的，他们记的顺序是a-pp-le,一边写一边读。
2、迷恋语法 我是初一才接触英语的。当时的英语老师一直向我们强调语法是最重要的，必须掌握时态的变化、各种介词的运用……然而，学了这么多的语法，并没有让我们更流利的说英语。
3、听的时间不够 想想我们从一出生开始，虽然不会说话，但懂得听，正是由于每天都浸润在一个熟悉的语言环境里，到后面救自然而然地会说了。
我是2014年开始学习英语的，到现在一直都没有放弃过，以下是我坚持学习英语4年的一点心得，如有不对的地方，请大家见谅。
第一、关于目标 在生活中，无论做什么都要有明确的目标。在学习英语时，有的人设定的目标总是摸棱两可，比如：“我得背单词了。”但其实我i吗并没有背多少，其实我们是给想象中的大量单词吓到了，从而导致没有勇气学下去。
解决办法：如果我们把目标改成：“今天我要记住10个单词。”这样会不会更有动力呢？
第二、关于坚持 很多人没办法坚持下去，都是用力过猛。就像我在开头时说的，一旦决定学习英语救给自己买大量的学习资料，然后恨不得把所有的碎片时间都用来学习。精神可嘉，可方法却不对。人的自控力救如同肌肉一样，有极限性，所以常常会导致失控。 解决方案：根据微习惯原理，我们在一开始学习英语的时候不要超之过急，可以从每天学习5分钟开始，慢慢过度到10分钟、20分钟……这样做不仅成功解决刚开始难启动的的问题，还能让我们借助惯性，直到养成习惯。
第三、关于学习方法 不知道大家有没有这种感觉，每次我们记完单词，过段时间总是很难再想起来，这是为什么呢？这是因为这些单词和我们都不相关，就像我是念医的，如果我并不喜欢宇宙行星学，你硬要让我去死记硬背，那效果肯定不好。
解决方法：去记有用的。就比如，我们每天都要接触的东西，比如牙刷，脸盆，牙膏等等，这些单词都会了吗？如果都会了，就去查在生活中遇到的一些事物相对应的单词。
当然了，并不是说你记住很多单词就会把英语说好，你必须把它组成词串，放入相对应的语境当中，比如，每天都需要洗脸，那么久想象具体洗脸有哪些步骤。
首先，打开水龙头，就会想起turn on the tap ；
接下来，你会用到洗面奶，就会想到use face cleanser ;
洗完脸，你得把脸上的水分拍干，就想到pat off water from my skin ;
脸干了之后，你要用乳液，就会想到apply my serum 。
就这样把英语融入生活中的每一个步骤，根本不需要太费力，也不需要花太多时间，你就把英语学会了。
也许有人说，我并不知道这些单词，也并不懂得如何组成词串，怎么办？现在都什么时代了，上网查啊！
第四、关于听的太少
有数据显示我们在会说话之前，听了之前1000小时，所听的内容也是从慢到快，由浅入深。然而听英语的时间却很少，并且听的总是难度过高的材料，听不懂硬听，听懂了就再也不听。这就造成我们明明认识这些英文字母，可当真正早说的时候，却总是说不出来。
解决办法：从少到多，由浅入深听。可以从喜欢的歌开始，也可以听简单的故事，更可以看相关视频。因为我是练习美式英语所以我大部分看美剧，诸如《老友记》、《摩登家庭》、《生活大爆炸》、《绝望的主妇》等等。因为有趣，所以学的也快。
第五、关于心态
很多人都说，我说的慢，我怕说错。那又有什么关系呢？这里说一说我的事，2015年我去北京旅游，住在一家青年旅馆，舍友是两位外国姑娘。我来自十八线小县城的我，虽然自学英语已经一年，但却不知道水平到底怎样，为了检验自己，就壮着胆子和她们聊天。第一天我们聊的有点辛苦，我说的磕磕巴巴，有点担心她们不耐烦，可却没想到对方很有礼貌，总是很耐心地听我说，不懂的地方她们会通过提问来确认。通过这次交流，我有了信心，接下来的几天我都是主动地说。7天后，她们退房。我竟然发现自己和她们的交流顺畅了很多。
第六：关于app
我目前用的是“每日英语听力”，这款app不仅功能免费，还可以降低朗读速度。除此之外，我还会在蜻蜓或者喜马拉雅听英语广播，北京人民广播电台外语广播的《英语pk台》超级强推。喜欢美语发音的同学们肯定都会懂，他们不仅会讲很多大量干货知识，听众们只要发送语音就有机会得到点评，超级良心。（这里没有任何营销关联，只是单纯的喜欢而已，不喜欢的同志们可以忽略。）
